Shipping Info

We ship the best and most economical way using Priority U.S. Mail. However, our plant lights and indoor gardening products are shipped separately for our plants via UPS ground delivery.

United States Shipping
We typically ship orders within 3 – 5 business days of purchase. Please note that your order can be delayed for many weeks if the temperatures are consistently below freezing. African violets and other tropical foliage plants are highly sensitive to below-freezing temperatures. Freezing temperatures are the number one reason orders are delayed from late November through late March, depending on your specific location. The exception to delayed shipping is non-living products such as pots, fertilizer, plant lights, and indoor garden supplies, which will ship year-round regardless of temperatures.

International Orders. We DO NOT SHIP live plants, pots, fertilizer, or plant lights internationally.

Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of delivery. If you refuse your delivery, the plants will most likely come back to us dead. A refused delivery will not result in a refund under any circumstances.

Damaged/Dead plants: Any item that arrives dead will be replaced with a plant of equal or similar value.
