Priority Mail.

Notes:
1. New York State residents will be charged an additional 8.625% sales

2. We currently can not ship
live plants or leaves to Canada due to customs regulations.
3. There will be a $5-10 surcharge for heavy shipments to Alaska, Hawaii
and Puerto Rico if the regular shipping charge does not cover the actual
freight charge. We will inform you in advance if this is the case.
When do you ship orders?
We normally ship orders every Monday. However, situations
may arise to delay your shipment to 7 - 14 business days. In the
case of extreme cold please

the winter advisory paragraph below. If you have a question regarding the status

Winter Shipping Advisory: African
Violets will be shipped as long as weather conditions are not extremely
cold.
This means that your order may be delayed up to several weeks until
we can find a suitable warm weather window to ship to cold northern
states. If the weather in your area is below 38° F (0° Celsius),
we may hold your order until it is safe to ship. Southern States,
Southern California and Hawaii may not have any delay's depending
upon local weather conditions.
We Do Not Ship International Orders.
Due to increasing costs we do not provide
international shipping. This
includes Canada and Mexico. If you make a purchase from a country
other than the United States, your money will be promptly refunded.
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority
Mail.
