Value Line Stand model V28F4 is 48 inches high, 53 inches wide, and 23 inches deep. There are two fixed shelves. There is 23 inches of vertical space between each shelf. The stand is fabricated from one-inch square aluminum tubing with shiny natural finish. The seed starter stand comes complete with light fixtures and wide spectrum fluorescent bulbs. There are two light fixtures per shelf that are easily moved up and down on the slide system with the turn of two thumbscrew knobs. This gives a total of four light fixtures for the stand. The light fixtures are four feet long with two 40 watt Gro Lamps. That makes a total of eight fluorescent lamps that come with the stand.
